Good value but nreakfast low quality and rooms dated with some minor maintenance issues

This is good hotel with a great staff. The location is also good as its a walking distance to the Balcony of Europe. I think the hotel lacks character, its a decent property with decent rooms.

Great small hotel in Nerja old town
Posted 10 Sep 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel on edge of the old townm parking was good considering in a busy area of Nerja. For a small hotel it has good facilities and breakfast was very good.

Manager was rude from the off, room was tiny and no balcony

Dear Brogan,You should tell the truth and not lie in your comments.You booked a room of a specific type whose photos and features are clearly defined on the Expedia website. As usual, you were assigned exactly the room you chose, as you could verify by checking the photos once you checked in.Your room, as shown in the photos and description, has a balcony, and this is clearly visible.You got very upset because you wanted a terrace instead of a balcony, but for that, you should have booked a room with a terrace instead of a balcony.Furthermore, at all times, as is always the case with all our guests, you were treated with courtesy and respect. You only decided that we were not polite after you threatened to report us to Expedia and realized that we could not assign you another room because the hotel was fully booked.Additionally, you fail to mention, and you should have, that you booked a room for two people when in fact there were three. You should not have tried to deceive the hotel to save the cost of an extra person.We regret that the room was not to your liking, but for future bookings at any other hotel, we recommend that you carefully read the room's features and view the photos, so you won’t have any unpleasant surprises.Oh, and, of course, if you book a room for two people, it is not reasonable to expect three people to use it at the same price.Best regards

The hotel was located in a great part of Nerja close to many restaurants, bars and other establishments. The hotel also has a pool and a restaurant which were very nice.
