"It was clean and efficient but clearly in need of updates. An older hotel with peeling wallpaper and odd stained counters. But you could tell it was clean. Enough space for one person and not cramped except in the toilet/shower area. Definitely a room for one person. Very kind staff. I would stay again as a solo traveler because it’s efficient and just a bed to sleep. And a great price. "

"The apartment is close to Shin Egota subway station, so it was easy to get in and out of Tokyo,which took about 30 minutes. The property and facilities are a bit worn but otherwise clean and spacious "
