Staff was friendly. Jennifer very helpful. Room renovations were nice, but needs a new mattress.
Great location for walking around Nelson.
Hot tub jets didn’t work, and the water was yellow and smelled poorly.

Lovely room, cool design - reminded me of old Montreal style, with the brick wall and high ceilings. Very spacious. 2 bathrooms! Lady who checked us in (manager, I think) was just lovely, very friendly, helpful and informative. Great location, with cafes, restaurants and shopping close by.
Clean on the surface. Just don't look under the bed, or too closely at the vents. Apparently very rarely cleaned!
The man I spoke to on the phone to book initially wasn't very customer oriented, friendly or helpful, to the point that I decided not to book with him, and almost didn't book at all. Ended up booking on Expedia, for a MUCH better price.

Enjoyed having a suite with a kitchen to prepare some meals, though it was not equipped very well. many large serving dish options, though no dish cloth/towel, cutting board, or soup/cereal bowls. The rooftop hot tub was very nice, and the rooftop patio looked inviting. The aesthetic of the building is very nice, and the room was very comfortable. Lots of pillow options for the bed! Would stay again

Beautiful place to stay. Couldn't get the TV remote to work, and the front desk guy didn't know how to either. He was very nice, but new, and didn't know much.

We unfortunately had a flood in the bathroom due to the shower, but the manager fully refunded us!

Great property and newly updated with beautiful decor. The rain shower was awesome and the staff was very friendly.
It seemed to be missing just minor things, like a plug for the sink drain so i could shave, an ironing board. Also, the staff were great...when you could find them. As well, the lounge area could make an excellent breakfast area, if you were to pursue a complimentary breakfast option in future.
Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

What I and my wife enjoyed most and what made our stay especially memorable was the individual in charge of providing superior service as soon as we arrived, her name was Jennifer.
she was a treasure of information about Nelson, in terms of what to do, where to go, where to eat, how to get there.She was totally engaged in assuring we had a good time.

We have stayed at this property twice before and will keep coming back whenever we visit this charming town.
The rooms are clean and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds. The bathroom had a heated floor and towel rack, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for walking around Baker street. We were traveling with another couple, so we appreciated the common area for enjoying drinks and appetizers together. The rooftop fire pits provided a lovely spot to drink our morning coffee by on the crisp autumn mornings, and the hot tub was perfect for a relaxing soak before bedtime. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait for our next visit.
