Warm friendly welcome with a big smile and efficient and explained the shops close to motel and offered to drop off to theatre to save taking our car for blind husband. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend to friends and family - score 10 out of 10

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Great location to head out into wine country or walk a few blocks to downtown Nelson.

Lounging with friends

Friends meeting in Nelson. Car space needed. Wanted a pool to dip in to cool off. Wanted a lounge to chill out in. Liked the privacy screens. Great location for the market and food area. Also close to bus station for airport transfers. Staff could bot have been friendlier - went above and beyond.

Great location within easy walking distance to central Nelson, staff very friendly and rooms clean and a decent size. Plenty of free parking too.
