We had a good experience at the hotel during our stay. The rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. The hotel was at walkable distance from shops, eateries and the bay. The reception staff was helfpul. Overall, we liked our stay.

Loved the size and comfort of the family room with 2 queen beds. Small but functional kitchenette and large bathroom. Very nicely decorated and wonderful soft bed. Would highly recommend for family, easy walking to shops and marina and great restaurant for breakfast next door. Heated pool to.

Stayed two nights, good location, excellent cafe downstairs for breakfast, room and bedding were adequate for the price.

A great place to stay in Nelson Bay.Had a room on the 2nd floor (top floor) that had a view of the Marina.There was a lovely staff member on reception when checking in.The room was spacious & very clean.Short walk to the to town centre & Marina.Would happily recommend others to stay there & would definitely stay again.

There was a little mould in the bathroom but I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning could not fault anything else my room and pol area were amazing.
