Accidentally booked the wrong date and I couldn’t even be accommodated to change the check in date. So they kept my money and no services were rendered. I was not asking for a refund, simply to change the booking. I called and tried to get things resolved as soon as the booking completed and noticed the error.

Dirty, moldy. Had to transfer rooms. Hair on the used sheets.

You get what you pay for. The property is a bit of a walk to historic downtown but a great price comparably. Breakfast was mediocre- but the front desk and housekeeping Staff are all Wonderful!!

The room smelled gross, the bed extremely uncomfortable, even the floors felt dirty; we literally had to buy some cheap sandals to shower because of the condition of the bathroom floor.
