Hotel Neiva Plaza it is well located, near to the financial area, rooms are very comfortable, it has free WiFi and an excellent swimming pool, ideally after a working day, and also the Hotel Staff are really nice

Receptionist needs retrained
Posted 26 Apr 2019 on HotelsReceptionist tried to charge 555,000 Cops on bookin pointed booked for 522,000 Cops.
She the toll us booking includes breakfast only for first 2 of 3 nights. On check out staff asked why did not have breakfast. Glass in bathroom not cleaned. Mini bar 20% more than room service or restaurant. Pool cloudy at three days thus unable to see bottom at depth of 1.3m. Thus refused to use.
Worst left tape on sink turn only 1/8th ( YES 1/8th) will blast water out of V shape sink covering yourself, which our 5 year old son did, showering himself in water in the panicked to escape slipped on tiled floor hitting his head on the floor. By comforting my son for 30 minutes stopped me removing the offending items, as that sound of your childs head hitting the floor is scary to say the least.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, clean facilities, very good room, decent rate.
Cons: Not much, unfortunately the hotel cannot be relocated, other than that, very good.
Location: Walk around the area to see the main plaza and various street vendors. I don't recommend going out at night on foot.
Stayed at this hotel over 35 years ago and had to go back to it, it did not disappoint. Staff was excellent and the facilities were very good. Unfortunately the city has changed a lot since my last visit and although the hotel is top notch, I would not recommend leaving the hotel at night unless it is in a cab.

Posted 11 Jan 2022 on HotelsMe encanto el hotel, la alimentación y sus intalaciones, no obstante en hoteles.com me dieornun precio y al lelgar me indicaron que faltaba incluir un valor por seguro, y en mi entender estaba en el valor todo incluido igual apgue mi estadia completa como indico el htel unos 40 mil pesos demas, pero de resto todo maravilloso
