Overpriced & Over-rated
Posted 8 Jan 2019 on HotelsA bit overpriced for the condition of the place. Wouldn't call it a 3 star at all, more like a 2.5 star or even less. Said free wifi provided but could barely connect to it, room is old with a moudly smell. Staff are quite nice though, and located in a very good area.

Basin tap not working as usual, slow running water but bathroom shower is excellent... Overall ok

good location, close to the MRT Metro. Close to shops, eateries etc. Hotel bed and rooms are comfortable, clean.

Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Posted 3 Jun 2017 on HotelsConvenient location: the hotel is pretty close to Xihu station. Free breakfast: sandwich and drink delivered to the room for breakfast. Staffs were friendly and the room was comfortable. The amenities feel a bit old, but felt acceptable.
