It was an ok stay my only problem is when i wanted to extend my stay they told me that they didn't have any rooms and i think it could be handled better based on the reason why i wanted to extend my time there. But overall it was an ok stay

Riu’s policy of leaving their guests stranded at the airport because they booked through a 3rd party was very disappointing. For this reason I would never stay at a RIU again. Who does that? Where is your hospitality?
Is this the 1st impression you want to give your potential recurring guests???

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, my only issue was the mislabeling of the food at the buffet. My partner and I do not eat pork and will get sick if we eat it. We both ended up eating it believing it to me something else. Aside from that. I love it and I would come again.

Customer service was excellent!! Staff were friendly. Suite was superb. Beach was Peru.
