I liked the friendly staff, comfortable bed and room. The food is great and they have excellent entertainment in the weekend. Its located by lots of other beach bars and fun activities. I would stay again.

Unfortunately, we were unaware that the property was under construction. We did not have adequate access to towels and the wash cloths were horrible quality. There’s too many details of discomfort to share. I not anyone I know will be staying at this resort. It was such a disappointment.

Aisia, we appreciate your feedback. We do notify our guests that the front of the property is under construction but currently not active and that once you walk down the walkway, you reach paradise. I do apologize that you were not informed. Expedia does not offer any way for us to put this information on their booking engine. We were fully booked when you stayed with us and down a drier which we were trying to get serviced. But you should have had towels the same day. I will investigate this issue. Our towels are actually luxury Charisma towels and very thick. We would love for you to reconsider as we are striving for 5-star service. The resort is a small resort on the section of the 7 mile beach. It is still going through renovations, which according to the owner should be done by the end of the year. The rooms were nice, unique, roomy and clean. Because of the renovations, it's not as pretty as it will hopefully be by the time it's completed. The staff was amazing and friendly. The one thing about the trip I did not like was how the owner treated her staff. I don't know why she treated them as if they were not worthy of respect. They all were very hospitable to guests and customers who were not staying at the hotel. I was very disappointed to see this. The owner seemed to bend over backwards and gave preferential treatment to those she knew personally and guests she related with. Other than the interactions with the owner and staff and the owner's tasteless actions, it was a nice resort. I personally would not return because of the owner. The area around the resort can be overwhelming with individuals constantly trying to offer substances or get you to buy their products or go on excursions with them. If going off the resort (not the beach side) be sure to use transportation provided or coordinated through the hotel. The beach area itself is very beautiful and you have multiple resorts along the beach to eat at. Lilly's was our favorite. Great food and service. It's only a half mile down from the resort. You got great food and great portions for reasonable prices.

Dear Ayahnnah, I’m glad that you thought the rooms and the resort were beautiful and that the staff were amazing and friendly. We have really worked hard on training our staff to provide gracious hospitality. I am sorry for whatever experience you had that led you to the misunderstanding that I do not respect my staff. I have a very great relationship with all of my staff. I have worked very hard cultivate an atmosphere where we all work as a team. We have security on the beach to ensure that our guests can experience the beach and the beauty of the Caribbean ocean at your footsteps without being approached to buy things. We cannot control what happens down the beach off of our property however. We have gotten great reviews on our food and service and appreciate the feedback.

We found the facility and staff very friendly and nice to deal with.

I didn't like that I wasn't aware they were in the middle of remodeling the entire place. However, rooms were clean, owner was friendly, accommodating. No pool yet but beach area is secluded, water is beautiful. Food was better than in the fancier hotel we stayed the previous day. And we had a great time. Staff was the best.

This resort is definitely everything that is advertised. BEAUTIFUL! The owner is hands on with all your wants and needs. We originally booked for 2 days, and decided to stay a week. Quiet, calm, clean, luxury at the beach feeling! Especially when you need a get away!!! We’re definitely coming back, and bringing our family as well!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
