"Beautiful property,tried both restaurants for dinner. Food was excellent as well as service. Spa was good, however, we were not told or shown facilities. That should be part of what happens during spa check in. Instead I found everything myself after the massage."

"Very bad experience. First we arrived no reservation because I booked with expedia for f it was Booking will be easier that what they said. Second dirty Hotel. Third very important we have to walk 5 min outside the hotel to another hotel to have breakfast wait for it, When we arrived and get in to the food room they came to us u don’t have reservations after we start eating, their is no connection between both hotels . So expedia you shocked me ."

"The amdar is in a quiet place in eilat town. But you can walk 8 minutes and get to any part in the center or beach. Very convinient. there is a big supermarket very close by, 100 meters. We could see it from the window. The service is very quick and efficiant. They waited for us until 10 pm for the check in. All in all recomended."

"Overall, the holiday was good. Things to improve - room service is very slow, maids do not speak Hebrew and English. The dining room is very busy and the serving positions require improvement."

Only one thing. The owner was bloody rude to my girlfriend, reminding her about check out time. Looking at him. It didn’t surprise me in the least. But at least, the staff were friendly and efficient."
