"Hotel was ok but service could be better. On checkin they sent us to the 3rd floor no elevator. I requested an alternative room and the lady told me the hotel was full. The room 333 was very small, hot, could not open the windows. The hotel did not look full, we never saw people in the lobby or checking ..."

"This was a very nice place to stay. We had a little problem finding it because it says Otta Hotel on it, not Thon or anything. The breakfast was very nice. There are no restaurants in this town so dinner is at the hotel. Overall a very nice property"
