Stayed here before cruise. Have a great shuttle service to take you to port for small fee like $11. The room was really nice. Bed was amazing and very clean room. Front staff extremely friendly! Breakfast wasn’t great but typical hotel breakfast. Would stay again !!

Room was very dark. Poor lightning.
Brown stuff came out of faucet when turning on shower. Long hairs in bathroom sink. Mini fridge loud noise.
the room type I reserved was not given nor was the request to be away from the elevator.

another guest with the same last name and different first name. without checking the ID the staff gave my request room with 2 full-size bed to the other guest.

Our room was dirty. A staff member showed us other rooms but they were dirty as well. Per night approx $245 CAD ($180 US) was extremely expensive. But we survive. Price should be more like $120 CAD $95 US.

Overall the property was clean and parking area was well lit and well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and my overall experience was great.
