The hotel was very clean, staff very pleasant. The only thing we didn’t like was you could hear EVERYTHING in our room. Our door had no seal at the bottom so anytime someone walked by or spoke in the hallway we heard them. All morning our next door neighbors spoke and we heard everything they were saying. At night any and all noises from outside could be heard. Thankfully we just needed a place to rest and shower in the am. I wouldn’t stay any longer than a night or if I needed good sleep.

This is every bit a minimalist property. No bells and whistles. Walls are VERY thin between rooms. When booking through Expedia, there is never a connection between the reservation and the GOKI app that’s used to access the building and your room. I’ve had to talk to the front desk person both times I’ve stayed here. Likely will not book again. Also received parking ticket ($88) even though parking is included in the reservation and when checking in at the front desk parking was not mentioned either time.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Yes we are definitely different from other hotels and that what’s makes up unique. Parking is 100% free for our guest. As stated in the parking lot and when you first walk in we do ask to register her vehicle via QR code to keep track of guest vehicles. We will definitely work with Expedia to have confirmations sink better with our Goki app. Please provide us with the ticket and we can have that voided for youThank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Noisy neighbor loud all night and no staff on site to complain to. The number to call just goes to voicemail. Might have slept 2 hours that night. Got there an hour before checkin so there was no way to get in early since your door access doesn’t work until 4pm.

Hotel was great, however, there was a mixup between Expedia and Hotel Revel. We specifically booked and paid extra for the “Blue Bird” as we had stayed there before and loved it. When we arrived, our room was not booked as the “Blue Bird” but rather the “Casino”. The incorrect room was nice, but not as large and nice as the one we originally booked as it was a corner suite. Luckily, there was someone at the host stand, which is not a normal situation at this hotel. Sheldon was very happy to help and got our room swapped out for something similar to what was originally booked. Overall was a good experience but getting what we wanted would have made it great.
