I don’t like front desk service 1 lady name is Jenifer she is soo rude I don’t no what her problem when she is on desk soo I saw 3 people 1 guy who works in morning and 1 lady behavior is not good they need to learn how to treat guest. Soo please change this staff behavior I stay 12 nights Iam not happy with this stay because I face lot of issues in my stay I change room many time due to issues when I came on front desk they just 1change room no hot water in shower area . Bathtub water block .shower area sliding door not working there is big noise in room .when I came to check out on front desk I ask my complete stay billing invoice the man who work in night shift he just give me 1 day stay invoice I ask him for complete invoice soo he help me to get 5 nights billing and he explain me about that soo I give my email to send me back my complete stay billing still I did not receive and the man who help me he no me Iam old customer in this hotel his name I will mention Gerald night auditor he is nice guy. When I ask this billing in every check out they say you can take in end this morning shift 2 faces I don’t like and I don’t like night shift lady Jenifer please take necessary action not repeat next time because I stay in hotel after I pay pay soo I need complete comfort thank you Warwick allerton group.
