The room was nice but when we showed up there was hair all over our sink. There was no hot water in the sink either. Then the following day when we went down for breakfast they advised that they were not doing the breakfast buffet since the beginning of December they had stopped it. It would have been nice to know that since we were looking forward to it and they only had the market open which did not have a lot of breakfast options. We also checked out the heated pool but when we got there it did have a bit of a draft which made it uncomfortable as it felt cold and the pool also was very dirty. The view from our room was the only nice thing.

Everything was great. I did wait an hour after check in time because there was no open rooms due to short staff of cleaning services.

The property is quite lovely. There are only a couple things that made my stay less than perfect. First, we had absolutely no access to television during our entire stay. I contacted the front desk and was advised that none of the rooms had service and they were working to repair the issue. I’m not sure if the issue has since been resolved, but it hadn’t been when I checked out. Second, the website convinced me that I would have spectacular views. My view from my room was a clear view into other guests’ rooms.

I like the ambiance of the hotel. The bar/dining area is beautiful. The grand room has an amazing view of the skyline. I was very pleased.
