Great staff, large room, and very comfortable bed. Room even included a small walk-in closet. Nice location -- very close to Bloomingdales, Oak Street, Hancock Building, etc. Only negatives were some small stains on the wall and a low shower head (I am over six feet tall).

outdoor heater when you walk up, bellman to help with bags, pretty hotel with the outdoor string lights. So very close to shopping and Michigan Ave.

Need to have better access to ice and especially water. They should provide bottled water in room.
