Rooms are extremely small, there is no moving space and they do not have a refrigerator and microwave

I did like the lobby.
The bed was broken (sunken in the middle ) and very noisy

Very clean, friendly staff, added security with the doorman AND key card entry! Close to everything, would definitely recommend and stay again

Front desk staff and doorman were all very nice. The location is very convenient in the heart of downtown Chicago. The property is a bit older, because of that the rooms are older, not very large, and not the most clean. It is a 3 star property.

Loved the location! It sits right off of the Magnificent Mile, so walking to where ever you want, is totally doable. Beds were very comfortable and clean. No fridge or microwave, but has kerig coffee pods. Our room was smaller than the norm, so 4 gals sharing the room, was interesting to say the least. Having a hot breakfast, not continental, to start the day is always a plus! Overall, I would recommend this Hotel for a visit to Chicago!!
