The room was clean, staff was nice. I like the rooftop and the swimming pool. Everything is clean, would definitely visit again.

Our room was clean (especially the bathroom), which we really appreciated. Other guests weren't loud and/or rowdy, which we've encountered in other Chicago hotels. The restaurant was very good; the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was the air conditioner in our room - it was extremely loud and woke us up whenever it would come on. This made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Otherwise, we had a very good experience.
