Extremely polite staff, quiet area, clean decent size rooms 1- 2 min walk to beach, shops, restaurants, 5min drive from airport. Would definitely recommend this place.

Colosseo studios is located directly on one of the best beaches on Naxos - Agios Prokopios. The room was extremely clean & cleaned everyday to the highest standard. Huge shower, comfortable bed, balcony and equipped with a sink, refrigerator & stovetop. They provided sufficient pots/ pans to cook with, item to make coffee and all the basic kitchen necessities. Staff were friendly. My ferry transfer was changed the night before to accommodate other travelers which was a bit frustrating. Overall a great stay.

AWFUL PLACE, NEXT DOOR IS HALF THE PRICE INCLUDES BREAKFAST AND IS VERY NICE, PLACE IS OLD, AIR CON DOESNT WORK. HAS KETTLE BUT NO COFFEE, TEA, SUGAR OR MILK, NO TEA TOWEL, OLD SPONGE TO WASH DISHES, PICTURES PROBABLY 20 YEARS OLD, VERY DECEPTIVE AND VERY DIRTY PLACE

Make all of your bookings critical, it's better that way because you show your empathy and everything is a lie!!We didn't expect anything more from you!!!You were rude, aggressive and personally insulting!!!!The reservations were for 10 people and you came 15 without informing the platform or us from prepairing the rooms , we accepted you without extra charges! You didn't know what kind of rooms you had booked and you were messing with the staff! Is it mentioned in the room amenities that we provide coffee, sugar or anything else you asked for? NO!!! You booked a room no super market!You were blackmailing us for the bad review!!!You had a balance which you were informed that you had to pay at check in and you constantly found false excuses to not come to pay it!!!Fortunately our customers have the perception and understand!! You are not very good at lying!We could not accept you in the accommodation because you cheated us, you owe your son a favor because he was getting married! Are you talking about rudeness? You know very well what it is like! I am sorry that you are Greek and have this attitude! It is better to learn manners and that the personal you should respect it and not degrade it and treat them like they are slaves!

I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE TO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE, ROOMS ARE OLD, PICTURES ARE PROBABLY 10-20 YEARS OLD. BEDROOM DOOR LOOKED LIKE IT WAS PUNCHED IN, AIR CONDITIONING NOT IN ALL BEDROOMS AND DOESN'T WORK, KATERINA WAS VERY RUDE AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS, VERY DIRTY ALSO

Please don't stay here. The shower was broken, the kettle didn't work and the hot tub smelled of sewage water and when we raised these concerns the property management falsely accused us of yelling and disturbing her guests and even threatened to call the authorities on us and to throw us out. Mold and rust in the hot tub. Just appalling conditions.

To be honest with you we told you to leave the accommodation as you did because we were right with the full agreement of the company that made the reservation because you were screaming in the reception area and disturbing the customers and of course we would call the police since you were causing trouble to the other guests.You came to the accommodation looking for swimming pools, courts, full kitchens, home fridges, washing dishes and clothes and after admitting that you made the wrong accommodation, you continued to create problems!Before you as well as after you, there were other customers and everything was working normally!As we also just asked you to upload photos of the apartment to the platform because you said that it is not in the photos, stop answering!Everything is in writing and with proof!!You should not be allowed to book through their platforms since you don't have the ability.

Great location in the center of Plaka. Everything is in short walkable distance, including the Acropolis and Agora. The apartment is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. We stayed as a family of four with two school aged children and had plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, we had sea views. Lovely balcony. We did have the restaurant next door facing our room which was noisy at night but double glazing doors and windows solved that problem. We had the wonderful wonderful Flo attending to us daily and cannot speak more highly about this lady. We also appreciated the port pick up and drop off. Any issues were promptly resolved. The location was sensational. Will come again

Paid for two nights in a Sea view room that had a broken air conditioner. They sent someone to fix it and it still remained broken even though they said it was cooling. We were told we could sleep in another room with ac for the night. We slept both nights in a standard room and was woken up the two mornings with someone opening our door and the next day at 6:00 am knocking on the door. No refund was given for the difference in the room rate.

Hello dear customer,The air conditioner stopped working during your stay in the room and a technician immediately came to repair it.Nevertheless, you were not satisfied with the cooling of the air conditioner!!!And for this reason we gave you another room for the night in which the air conditioner was running at exactly the same temperature.Regarding if someone knocked on the door of your room at 6:00 in the morning as you claim, unfortunately we are not a hotel with a 24-hour reception, as you state on our pages we have specific hours.Thank you
