Federico was such a sweet person. He took good care of us every morning during breakfast. The receptionist was also great and helpful!! The hotel is so close to everything around. We didn't use a taxi/uber at all. I would definitely recommend and return!

Unique because it was about 400 meters to the Pantheon. Cleanliness was average.
Breakfast they served was really good

Our room was great, large and comfortable. Marco (at the front desk was friendly and helpful.) The location was ideal.

Great location, nice room and helpful staff, great breakfast. My only grip was the temp of the shower wouldn’t stay constant, either too hot or too cold. But was not a deal breaker to staying in the future.

The staff at front desk specially Sara and Chris were excellent,friendly , very kind and helpful.

Best location to see all the historical sites in Rome with everything within a 20min walk. Cant get a better location.
Rooms very clean and well laid out, although not the biggest room you would staff in.
Use of technology to enter property nice, but could be probalmatic if you don't have your own internet data plan and relying on the hotel internet.

All our guests are given the keys at check-in. In addition, a link is sent via email to access independently in case of arrival after 8:30 pm. The email that is sent also contains an emergency number that can be called from 8:30 pm (reception closing time) in case of difficulty to access.Warm regards
