An excellent location, safe and most attractions are walkable. Excellent dining options close by. Bathroom a little small and HVAC unit outside room a little noisy as it turned off and on. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The room did not have a mirror although the hotel invested in several picture frames for decor; the bathroom is narrow, not enough space/rack for toiletries and the shower is slippery. The heated towel rack did not have a dial for it to be used. We were not provided with blankets and when I requested for one, they gave us a doona, that looks like a bed protector, without a doona cover sheet. Very disappointed!

Property is near to Vatican and piazza navona.
But room is very small.

This was a basic property but good location for sight seeing and lots of places to eat and drink a few minutes walk away
Only sachets of shampoo and shower so I would advise to take your own.
Our room was at rear with not a good view.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again because it’s a great location and because of staff.

The communication with the property is terrible. We attempted to call two days prior to extending our stay, but no one answered.
big negative is that you can hear people ringing the door bell all night to be let in
