Great view of the gulf and pier. Moderate waves, mostly clear water, crystal sand. Not for shelling. Nice bike path across street. Great city park across bridge with water pad and accessible playground. Pearl has an accessible pool, hot tub and boardwalk to beach. Room itself needed cabinet maintenance, new rugs and water pressure can go low. Mostly clean except utensil drawers. I texted property mgt on link they offered but got no response. Was holiday wknd. Nice area. Easy to access and Labor Day wknd gulf was perfect temp.

Our condo was perfect. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and gorgeous views.

The good Nice balcony and the granite stood out. Carts downstairs were convenient. The bad Everything inside is pretty dated. Had to call guest services to figure out what was going on with the door lock so we could get in. Apparently there's even a note saying you have to pull the handle. Also too complicated trying to lock it on the way out. No other kind of lock on the inside of the door so felt a bit sketchy at night. No smart tvs in any room. Come on, you can update these to 2024 for <$300 and get a bigger tv. Wifi login inside the condo is old misinformation. The refrigerator started leaking when we turned the ice maker on. Had to call guest services to send someone. After pulling the refrigerator away from the wall there was some half eaten toast and other food items found behind and yes, bugs. Couldn't fix so no more ice. Not a pen to be found anywhere in the place, not even in the guest book. Had to use kids crayons. None if this stuff is that big of a deal but just made me not want to stay here again.
