The star was very kind and helpful. They helped us when we were lost and helped call a taxi for us. The hotel has a very relaxing onsen.

Hot Spring Bath on the first floor is a surprise , a good one. I even do my shaving there.

For an airport hotel it should have breakfast service before 6:30am. Or at least a takeaway box.

wifi was not working
Posted 23 Nov 2017wifi was not working. I told it to front desk but as a result they couldn`t fix it.
Except wifi hotel was clean and staff was help full.

Posted 31 Jul 2013 on HotelsThe hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds were a bit stiff but I have heard that is common in the Japanese hotels. The town of Natori is a neat little town, the hotel is right across the street from a pretty large mall and is surrounded by a lot to do and places to eat. Its about a 20 minute drive from downtown Sendai. The breakfast was interesting, but not horrible.
