"We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visit Phnom Penh Cambodia. Here's why: we checked in on Nov 7th 2024 & immediately were politely greeted by all the staff at the front desk. Linda, the front desk manager were wonderful. She explained about our rooms, which were connected with our elder parent on the first floor (which is 2nd floor in the US), the cost breakdown she received via Expedia, the cost of breakfast, which one room was not included when I booked. "Stayed at this basic hotel for three nights. Spacious room. Could do with a repaint. Nice breakfast in courtyard cooked to order. Good location near river and Royal Palace. A good price. They had their own tuk tuk driver (Un) who was very nice and trustworthy. We hired him to take us to The Killing Fields and Genocide Museum and we waited for us and charged us for the round-trip. Would recommend doing that."

"Stayed here before few times. So that's a recommendation. Late at night it is a bit dodgy area. So take a tuktuk if you are drunk and it is 2am. Don't take a room on the 10th floor because the pool is right above you and pipes or whatever can be noisy. The pool and tub and bar on the 11th floor are very nice and relaxed with great view, definitely a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety, though I miss the anchovies as part of the salad bar."
