"After a day at Lake Winnie we were hot and tired. Our room was not as cool as we would have liked. I booked two rooms. Daughters room was great but with the air on 61 our room was not 61. Was a little to warm to sleep comfortably. The tvs were out in the Manor section. Kiddos wanted to watch tv before bed. Was a nice stay and the hotel is beautiful!"

"Great location for visiting Rock City and Ruby Falls. Close to the city and yet away from all the traffic. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
