"Hotel with somewhat quirky (good) style and ambience. Good vibe as you walk in, which continues throughout the hotel. Very friendly helpfull staff. My only negative observation is the fairly dark corridors. Overall, a great hotel. "

"Hotel Clean and friendly atmosphere. Reception staff and welcome very attentive, couldnt be more helpful. Room clean and comfortable, bathroom would of been nice with a walk in shower, updated bathrooms, but our shower was still very good. Bed was one of the most comfortable nights sleep ever. Although located at the stadium in reading, we used the location to visit areas out of town. too far to walk into reading, but a taxi ride cost £11.50 to town centre. Although we didnt use, the spa area and restaurant look high spec and would have definitely used if we stayed longer. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "
