Posted 25 Aug 2024 on HotelsThey are doing renovations so clerk set up at folding table in lobby. Had to wait a good 25 minutes because she was helping someone get a roll away bed and she was alone. Grown men fighting on 4th floor Saturday night kept us awake. I mean banging on doors and stomping around right outside my room 423 clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The staff were great! The place is being renovated so things were a little more unorganized but the main thing was that it was hot in the hall ways and into the room. We went and bought a $40 fan to help cool down the room but other than that we enjoyed our time.

During the stay, large cockroaches on multiple occasions were found even in 2:30 am. They were flying over my face and ceiling. I guess this entire building require immediate pest control. But hotel refused to refund my hotel stay.

They were rotavating so the gym and the pool were not operational. However, the staff and the cleanliness made up for it.
Great experience and I will be back soon!!!

Some construction going on. 3-13-24 Limited elevator service. No hot water for morning shower. Lavatory faucet handle not attached well. Television channel selection clumsy. Worse Hampton Inn in my experience. Hopefully better in future.
