The property was beautiful and the room was so lovely. Really enjoyed the view looking out over the water. Very easy to communicate with.

Great place for a family.
Posted 15 Mar 2020 on HotelsGreat place for a family - slept the five of us comfortably with one double bed, two twins in a loft, and a foldout-couch - and well located in town a short walk to most anywhere. Difficult for us to find as our GPS couldn't find the road for some reason, but hopefully that wouldn't happen to others. Wifi worked well, and they have parking (very helpful as hard to arrange otherwise in town). Owners live next door and were friendly and helpful. Only real complaint was a bit loud at night as very close to the one big road.

Incredible views from a perfect loft apartment
Posted 24 Feb 2020 on HotelsMy husband and I were absolutely wowed by the lake views from Cumbres Apart. All essentials provided, and with the kitchenette we were able to cook ourselves an lovely dinner to enjoy while watching the sunset. Would highly recommend this place!

Unbelievable stairs
Posted 13 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe view from the loft was amazing, but, the stairs are terrible. We had to carry our luggage up in these horrible stairs!!

Modern stylish living
Posted 14 Jan 2020 on HotelsGood location, clean, stylish, modern living with all you need to cook and live. Friendly hosts live next door and are there if needed. The only way to improve this apartment is to add more curtains as the sun rises at 5am in the summer!!

Very basic place to stay in Puerto Natales
Posted 22 Dec 2019 on HotelsThis place has beautiful views from the upper level and a good location near the Main Street. The place seems a bit hostel-like geared for young hikers. The apartment is rather spartan with dated sofa and very basic furniture in the sitting room downstairs. Bathroom has no place to hang clothes or set toiletries. Several windows didn’t have any curtains (tough when sun rises at 5 am, sets around 10:30 pm). Beds are soft and presumably past their device date. If going through the town again, I will be hard pressed to stay here again.

Dear guest, thanks for you reply. Although, we hardly understand it as it is anonymous and we are unable to comprehend the reason why you evaluated the place “gear hostel-like”, spartan and basic furniture. All windows in our apartments have black out curtains specially for the sun timing during summer time. The same for our beds, to mention this is the first time to receive a bad comment about confort.
We regret we could not fulfill your high standards related to the average price you paid for your stay in Puerto Natales.
We wish we could have this comments during your stay and work on improving our guests’ experience as we are always aware of any help our guests need in their stay.
