Good underground parking.
Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

We got back to the hotel late at night after a busy day to find our room locked. Staff said I had only booked for 4 nights so they had to lock. I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.
