Ambiente escuro, velho, com cheiro de mofo, lençol rasgado, toalhas manchadas, café da manhã péssimo! Piscina muito suja, além de não bater sol. As fotos da fachada devem ter sido tiradas quando foi inaugurado. Não recomendo e não volto mais.

atendimento na recepçao pessoa totalmente despreparada nao tem mobilidade para cadeirante nem niguem ajuda cafe da manha muito fraco pagamos por cafe da manha e jantar e nao tinha jantar como eramos em cinco dois adultos uma idosa e duas crianças gastamos quase o valor de uma estadia para jantarmos . tem que melhorar muito.

Até bonzinho para quem quer passear

Assim que chegamos no quarto havia um forte cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Logo o recepcionista nos trocou de quarto, mas lâmpada estava queimada, solicitamos a troca e ficou ok. Pedimos a camareira para esvaziar nosso frigobar porque íamos comprar coisas para abastecê-lo, mas nos dois últimos dias alguns produtos voltaram a aparecer no frigobar e consumi achando que meu noivo havia colocado lá, nos gerando uma continha a ser paga no final da estadia. O café da manhã achei pobre em opções, quase a mesma coisa todo dia!! A salsicha alterna com a calabresa frita, e a maioria do buffet tem pães! Com açúcar e cima, com um presuntonha ralado, etc.. mas só por cima, os pães não tem recheio.. então é tudo massa! Pãrs e bolos! Só tem 2 tipos de frutas, IGUAIS TODOS OS DIAS: mamãe e melancia. A copeira, Maria, sempre tentando nos agradar, ela é uma fofa! O que mais me decepcionou na nossa estadia foi o fato de terem interditado a piscina para limpeza... ficamos esperando por horas e até de noite e não havia liberado. Nunca vi hotel tratar piscina a luz do dia.. sempre jogam os ptodutos a noite quando a pisvina não é usada! Então ficamos de mãos atadas.. fora que o que me irritou mesmo foi a enrolação! Primeiro nos disseram que podia usar as 12h, depois as 14h, 15h, 16h e assim por diante. Tínhamos dado uma folga da praia naquele dia para curtir a piscina e até as 21h não estava liberado!!!!

Pontos Positivos: A localização é o diferencial do hotel na orla de ponta negra, perto de muitos restaurantes,bares e vários espaços com foods trucks. Staff atencioso. Cama confortável.Banheiro amplo. Pontos negativos: A estadia foi durante o reveillon,periodo critico para os hoteis com altas demandas e diarias com custo maior, diante de contexto considerei alto preço da hospedagem para o serviços oferecidos. Café da manhã repetitivo e com pouca variedade. Havia uma funcionária atendendo que apesar da presteza não conseguia dá conta de atender todos.Alguns lençois da cama estavam rasgados e o chuveiro não distribui bem a água. Acústica do quarto ruim, ouvíamos tudo no quarto ao lado. Piscina muito pequena.
