It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel,funcionários sempre atenciosos e educados,café da manhã muito bom pelo preço que pagamos,o quarto muito bom também, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e o chuveiro também. Limpeza realizada todos os 4 dias que fiquei hospedada. Parabéns para toda a equipe e até o Carnaval de 2025 se Deus quiser 🙏🙏🙏

O hotel tenta colocar o hospede em quartos em uma parte antiga. Me pareceu algum tipo de necessidade de liberar quartos mais novos. Após queixa, houve realocação. Um quarto melhor, mas sem comodidades simples como ducha higiênica, chuveiro vazando para todo o banheiro, vaso sanitário com vazamento. Apenas a equipe de limpeza super solicita

O hotel estava fazendo uma festa para seus funcionários, mais de 100 pessoas com Carnaval ate meia noite, insuportável o barulho e gritaria, varios hospedes reclamando. Os funcionários estavam constrangido s pois não podiam fazer nada..cancelei minha reserva para o dia seguinte pois a festa iria continuar, o cafe da manha uma zona total, na recepção tinha gente quebrando sacos de gelo para abastecer coolers, transito na porta parado por bugs...nunca mais..fui para outro hotel e tive uma noite de sono em paz.

Tudo velho e danificado. A TV do quarto é uma simples TV e não smartv. Apenas canais aberto e chuviscando. Academia caindo os pedaços, parquinho infantil ta mais para chiqueiro de porco. Cama de péssima qualidade caindo os pedaços... Travesseiros era uma piada. Estacionamento não disponível! Apesar de ser pago (R$30 por dia) não tinha vagas. O carro fica na rua sujeito a multas. Aceita pets mediante pagamento de R$100. Nunca mais volto para esse covil de salteadores.

Melhorar sempre!

Razoável, tem tudo para que possa melhorar nos quesitos, estacionamento não tem pra todos os hóspedes, alguns atententes da recepção sao chatos. Se e pedido um produto temos que ir buscar na recepção, o café da manhã sempre o mesmo, todos os dias. Sem contar com o labirinto que e o hotel, e nao possue gente para levar ao quarto, o hóspedes tem que advinhar por se, como chegar.

Não vale o valor cobrado. Wi-Fi não pegava nos quartos, tv antiga que não pegava canal nenhum por conta da antena que com certeza não deve ser das melhores tb, 2 toalhas pra uma acomodação com 4 pessoas, banheiro fedendo a esgoto e estacionamento minúsculo pra quantidade de quartos/hospedes existentes.
