Hotel is far from the airport (50 real cab fare), but there just didnt seem to be any hotels closer. also the walls are paper thin(almost all walls in brazilian hotels are) and you can hear the next rooms TV clearly. Very friendly and helpful staff though

O hotel é bem localizado com quartos de tamanho adequado a quantidade de pessoas. O café da manhã é razoável mas com opção de tapioca feita na hora. Todos os funcionaruos do hotel muito gentis e simpáticos, principalmente a colaboradora do café. Dois pontos negativos: o box do banheiro do nosso quarto era visível da escada que levava ao 3o andar do hotel e se esquecêssemos de fechar a janela todo o banheiro ficava visível a quem descia a escada. Outro ponto ruim: não tínhamos sinal de internet no quarto. Reclamei na recepção e falaram que iam reiniciar o módem, mas nada resolveu!! Quando meu marido precisou trabalhar teve que rotear com o celular.

Melhor estadia próximo a orla de Ponta Negra
A estadia foi incrível, passamos em torno de 15 dias hospedados e foi tudo excelente, o quarto é muito espaçoso e aconchegante, com uma linda vista para o mar. O café da manhã era muito diversificado com ótimas opções e os funcionários sempre foram muito prestativos. A localização é excelente, próximo a farmácia e mercado. O acesso a praia é através da escadaria de Ponta Negra, só descer a escada e está na orla da praia. Magnífico, em futuras hospedagens em Natal, com certeza já sabemos onde iremos nos hospedar novamente.

Eu celenterados custo beneficio
Funcionários cordiais. As camas era 2 de solteiros que juntaram para ser de casal, o que se torna desconfortável e incômodo. A luz da sacada não estava funcionando, informei na recepção mas nada foi feito. Iluminação dos quartos é estilo americano, o que as vezes deixa o quarto escuro.. café da amanhã ok, com frutas, bolos, sucos.. todos os dias um prato típico diferente. Localização excelente, próximo a praia, feirinha, restaurante, farmácias e até agência de passeios.
