Posted 26 Apr 2022 on HotelsThe Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access only via tiny stairs no elevator... many times no water whatsoever with low water pressures all the time... no access to food of any kind at hotel and restaurants not close by. Overall huge disappointment and staff was NOT willing to help much ... always had excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

It is clearly indicated that we’re not beachfront, it is clearly indicated that we don’t provide wifi and breakfast. The lodge is right infront of the street. It is not a waste of money because you booked cheap rates 1 star lodge. If you wanted beachfront, then you should have bookeed the 3-5 star resorts. For the dog that was barking, we have no control on that. The guest owner did apologize to you. There are a lot of stores and restaurant/ eatery just accros the street approximately 20 meters or less. You stayed 3 nights, and you only experienced the noise for 1 night because we were fully booked. We told you that you can cancel your reservation but you did not. Well we cant pleased everybody.

The best feature would be the common dining area out in the deck. It takes the mess away from eating inside your own suite/room. As well as the common kitchen.
