The air conditioning made it extremely cold. We were all freezing. The dinning room was so cold!!! The piano room even colder. I turned off the air in off in my room and the maids would turn it back on. Never thought I’d go to Bahamas to freeze coming from Canada

During my stay, I found the property to be under construction, resulting in a messy pool area that was not conducive to relaxation. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the staff, who did not exhibit the level of friendliness and professionalism I expected. There were instances where I felt ignored, particularly when greeting the staff with a simple "good morning". It seemed their responses were forced, if they responded at all.
Regrettably, the property did not meet my expectations, and as a result, I would explore alternative accommodations when visiting the Bahamas in the future.

It's a laid-back atmosphere. Service and food was excellent. It's an older resort but kept very clean.
