I wasn’t aware the rooms wouldn’t be cleaned everyday, it was later when we found out we could order room cleaning through the TV. Overall great place and a great experience. We went to the NYE party and had an amazing time. This was our first trip to Nashville and we plan on coming back in the next few years

The hotel was fine for what it was, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. the rooms felt dated, and the cleanliness could have been better.

We had a pleasant stay at this property overall, but we encountered an issue on New Year's Eve. We returned to our rooms around 1am to find a loud, club-like atmosphere that persisted until 2am, followed by loud music on our floor until about 4am. It was frustrating and made it hard to sleep, especially since we specifically chose this property to avoid the noise of the downtown area. Fortunately, the other nights were much more peaceful and enjoyable.

I loved the at it was pet friendly. I didn’t like that we stayed on New Year’s Eve and wasn’t told ahead of time that the roof would be closed to the hotel guest if we didn’t purchase a $250 ticket to the closed party. Other than that. It always great.
