The staff was very and great room service was great.Valet parking staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff where very unhelpful when asked about booking taxis where told no use online services. When asked about how to book tickets for local attractions oh we don’t know look on online. When asked about booking extra night answer again was oh just go online and book it. Front desk and valet staff not helpful at all.

This property was amazing! I did not realize it had a whole small kitchen in the room we booked! I love having the option to cook! I was only a little disappointed about the rate it cost to park the car. I feel like it should be included with the room rate and then the top could be in addition to.

Breakfast was cold and seemed very unorganized lack of food and drink for guests
Bedding was unfortunately requested different pillows but never got changed out
Staff was 50/50 some pleasant other could careless
