Great place for long term family stay. Had to park across the road for $30 a night with in out privledges, and glass was smashed out of vehicles every night, Thank God not ours. DON'T LEAVE BELONGINGS IN YOUR VEHICLE. 10 minute walk to downtown honky tonks / shopping. Couple of coffee shops within 5 minutes.

The building and apartment were nice with a stocked kitchen if you want to do some of your own cooking. Lots of construction going on near here, so plan accordingly. There is no parking here at all, so if you are driving in you'll need to consider that. It's a bit of a hike to get to some of the main attractions, but not too bad. Overall it's nice except for the parking situation.

The concrete floor and industrial look was unique. Everything was very clean and the property felt very secure. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but you could walk there in about 15 minutes.

Like having code to enter main door and room. Great location close to Broadway.
The bathroom didn't work. The floors were painted concrete. Piece of ceiling looked like going to fall.

Great location, nice safe building but the security code to enter building did not work. I was thankful that another tenant let me in. They also had issues with the code

The exterior was littered with trash but we really enjoyed the hotel itself.

Great stay in the dovetail, apartment was fantastic, easy to find and check in was simple. If I were to be picky, perhaps a better iron and more comfortable seating (party of 4 had only 2 comfortable seater sofa, the spare chairs were dining chairs, another sofa would be great and there is plenty of room for one. Bathrooms were amazing, great showers, (2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment). Kitchen had everything you needed, overall I’d give this apartment complet a 10/10.
