The room was exactly as described. The check in and check out instructions were perfect. We loved the neighborhood. Our 1st visit to Nashville could not have been better.

The property was easy to access and felt very private/safe. Lots of local dinning options within walking distance. Only a mile walk or scooter ride to Centennial Park and through the university.

This was my first experience at a Sonder "Place," and I hope there are many more to come. The Nashville property in the Hillsboro neighborhood was outstanding. The entire stay - from the arrival and parking, to accessing the apartment, and on through checkout could not have been any easier thanks to the amazing communication from the Sonder hosts.
The property itself was incredibly clean, well-stocked with the usual amenities, and everything from the Wi-fi to the kitchen appliances were in perfect working condition. It was easy to settle in and feel at home, and the entire property was quiet and welcoming.
I sincerely hope the Sonder lodging model is here to stay. They've worked hard and followed an ideal that has set a new standard for lodging, and after one stay I've already started telling others about this wonderful, better way to stay!
Thank you, Sonder co-founders and team! You've got a lot to be proud of. Hold fast to the Sonder vision and mission. It's the best thing that's happened in the world of hospitality in a very long time.
