Paying extra fees at check in for just incase cost. We traveled with no children, no pets, etc. However, we received the money back afterward of checking out and the inspection of the room which required a slight delay in our departure; because we had to return to the room to make sure that they looked the room over. Rather this slight delay then to be billed for any damage not cause by us later to appear on our card for something that we didn't do.

We needed a quick overnight place in Nashville close to the airport. For the money, this property met all of our needs.

The beds were described as queens but felt like twins. The bathroom door was thin and not very private. 15 minute drive from most desired locations as far entertainment, food, gas, the mall, and the airports very close.

Rooms are small but clean. Both ice machines were broken. Need to spend some money to fix up a bit.

Our flight was delayed so we got there late. I called to let the manager know we would be late. The guy acted aggravated when we got there, but I think it might just be his disposition. By the time we checked out, he seemed good. My boyfriend commented as we were walking down the hall that I reserved a dump. It was just dated. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the shower head was better than the Hilton in Nashville. The next morning we were woken up to the car wash next door saying "please pull forward". We heard that a bunch of times. We missed out on the hotel breakfast only because we didn't get there on time. It was an average place, and we'll find a different place to stay next time through.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never put down a bad review but this is a must.
