Everyone was super helpful, polite and knowledgeable of any question I had. Michael the bartender was phenomenal! He knew how to make you feel welcomed and great service. He made the trip 10/10

The property was lovely. Close to the airport and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Only one thing was an issue- the toilet was only about 10 inches from the floor...very low. My husband is 6'2" with double knee replacements. We had some good laughs about it but all in all it was a very odd design for a hotel guest room.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel at a "absolutely no refunds" rate. I will never book here again. The elevators were FILTHY! This place has gone downhill fast in 20 years. My heat didn't work in my room. Luckily, a kind maintenance guy was there within minutes and fixed it immediately. Unfortunately, then the heat was not adjustable and I compensated by opening a window. Front desk clerk was nice, but needs to be trained on how to accommodate people who say, "I'm hearing impaired." Valet staff was very friendly. Bartender was friendly.
