Hotel is a nice stay for the money. Have stayed here several times and will return. Rooms are clean with good comfortable beds. Not a high end hotel but nice. Staff is very nice as well. Coffee is terrible. Need to upgrade.

We stayed about 12 hours overnight traveling through. I like the no extra fee convenience when trying to book hotels when we have our dog. The front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was generally quiet except it is so close to the freeway that you hear traffic all the time. I bring my sound machine to drown it out. Well-lit parking lot so I felt safe walking my dog around the perimeter. Breakfast was sparse but as advertised, so I wasn’t expecting much.

Do not stay staff goes through bags
Do not stay here. When we left are room the staff came in to “clean” and went through our bags used are tooth brush’s. Then cloths in the suit case that were dry when we left were now wet with a mystery liquid we did not feel safe after this and left the hotel and the manager was not willing to refund us the money for that night stay or do anything to try to fix this situation.

I enjoyed our stay. Somehow i missed the part about a $50 damage deposit, and I was surprised. I wasn't terribly happy about it at the time, but it was refunded fairly quickly after checkout. My biggest complaint was the floor of our room was dirty when we checked in, but we were so tired we let it go. Overall, it's a nice hotel. I'd stay here again, especially if I'm traveling with my dogs.

Staff very friendly. First pet stays free, which is nice, as most charge. Breakfast very sparse, so don’t expect much. Room was clean, but building is a little tired. We had a bad TV controller, and they replaced it right away.

We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. The rate of the room and pets stay free is the reason I chose this hotel. When I got here, I was SO pleased with my decision.The room was so clean and perfect for our stay. The area is a PLUS. A waffle house, Gas Station and McDonald's all within walking distance and a Walmart close by. We ended up doing an early check out and 2 hours into our drive got word that our area was still dangerous and I immediately called back. They worked with me on getting me a new room and were able to transfer my original deposit so I wouldn't have to pay it again. $50 is a little bit of money but in OUR situation, it makes all the difference. I will forever have this hotel on my radar for future stays. Thank you Red Roof Inn staff ❤️
