We stayed from 10/4 to 10/7, we brought in at least 5 rooms of business to the hotel, for a family event. When we arrived the room seemed clean to the eye, smelled good etc. By the second night we started to notice a black place above the bathroom door, we also smelled a smell when in the bathroom area.. busy with event preperations, trying to find a new, close to the venue hotel, hadn't been an option. When we returned to our room on the second day, we noticed our room wasn't cleaned and we had no fresh towels. We go to the desk and tell them our room hadn't been cleaned and we had no clean linens. He asked what room we were in , we told him Our room number, he says, that room gets cleaned on thursdays, it was Saturday. Gross. Our family event was on that next morning, again no time for switching, as we are getting ready for the event , we found a cockroach in our bathroom, 2 dead in the bathroom light and 1 outside the bathroom by the sink. AGAIN GROSS. We had to get to our event, when we returned to the room very late that night, we realized the black spot in the bathroom was actually black mold and it had tripled in size. Needless to say we couldn't wait to check out & get out !! When we informed the front desk, his reply was " hhhmmm" yep thats it...wouldn't recommend unless they renovate the place & start caring about their customers !!
