The guest service desk was welcoming and helpful. The whole facility was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was clean and cozy. Our room was nice and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the 2 bars, the food, and the live music. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere! Valet was especially helpful despite the daily fee.
