Firstly, I do not understand how Expedia categorizes this as a hotel when this is an extended stay. I learned that extended stay does not provide the same amenities for cleaning as a basic hotel would (fresh towels and linens upon request). Additionally I was receiving mixed messages about house keeping. I was locked out of my room several times and had to continue to go to the front desk for everything. Honestly this was one of the more disappointing "hotel"stays from Expedia. Additionally the breakfast guys? Please put more effort in providing warm meat options and eggs for breakfast. Your competition at the Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn is what you need to focus on. To have garbage piled up for almost a week is insane. I only recommend staying at this place of you absolutely need to but no more than ONE night because it's perpetual disappointment to understand this is actually not a hotel. There are also a lot of dogs that bark non-stop. I really regretted this choice and I think a simple solution is Mainstay you absolutely need to put in your description EVERYWHERE you title yourself as NOT a HOTEL and then people would actually understand what that means.

Front desk and laundry staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and out. Room was spacious and clean. Vending was a bit limited with respect to drinks. They only had Monster energy drinks and that was it. The side doors were not working so we had to use just the front entry.

1st upon arrival I was getting the bed ready for my two boys & when i grabbed the extra bed pillows from the foot storage, there was urine all over them, went to front desk to notify them (I have pictures) We ordered a pizza, when it arrived we open the cabinet to get plates & we found... Dirty dishes in the cabinet - (I also took pictures) Every time we left the room, our room keys would deactivate.. we would have to go down to the front desk and get them reactivated.. Kind of a inconvenience. I do not think we will be back to this property.

I liked the room and the hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful. Suggestions for future handicapped travelers would be to have armchairs to sit in instead of a couch. The mattress was a bit too soft and hard to move around on it. The off chair with the removable arm was not very good as you could not get the arm to stay up when sitting in the chair. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Just had some room for improvement to accommodate handicapped travelers.
