There was a man checking people in 11/23 in the late afternoon. He was not welcoming , he ran my card twice even though it said it went through , he never smiled or gave me any info . He handed me my card and sat down. I stood there waiting because I wasn’t sure that’s how this hotel welcomes there guests . He never said my room number, where the elevator was, when was breakfast . Nothing. Then I said is that it and he said yeah your done. It was so rude. I will never stay or recommend this hotel for that reason.

Breakfast was a bit lacking. Beds and shower were good though.

I had to clean my own shower. And you cant buy any water in the hotel.

This was a great place to stay overnight after a trip to a specialist at Vanderbilt. The hotel and room was very clean. I loved having kitchen amenities and had everything I needed to prepare my food. The breakfast in the morning was great and the hostess was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I where in town for work and I was already in bed and my son was in the shower, The door comes open and a lady with a dog and dog food came into our room. The front desk had booked her into the same room and gave her a key to our room. Very dangerous for sure, She spilled dog food all over the floor. I called from desk, and it took over an hour someone to come and take care of it. They were not very helpful when they were the ones who made a mistake and gave her our room key. Didn't try to compensate or really apologize for their mistake. Had to call again for someone to come clean it up and they said well, cleaning staff is not here at this time. It was 9 pm, We had to get up the next morning at 4:30am. I had to go downstairs to see the manager because they didn't know there was dog food everywhere. I first person I spoke to failed to pass that on. I finally said do you not have a broom and dust pan? Finally someone came up and swept it up. They said they didn't show in the computer that that room was even occupied. Do not stay there!!
