Roaches, asked 4 times for service because the larger stove burner was broken. No towels upon arrival and absolutely no amenities, to pots, pans, plates or utensils. Brought food after a long trip and no way to cook anything.. rugs were filthy.. staff was friendly but unhelpful. Also, orbitz did not inform me ALL payments were to be paid upon arrival. I couldn’t pay a week at a time, and as I came there to work, I wasn’t paid until the first week. Also, said it was pet friendly and it is not. Only service dogs..Will not return if I can help it

I took extra towels after hours
She was allowed to pay weekly and cooked the first night and that when 2 dogs were discovered

The room was filthy. Smoking was rampant on the property. My room was downgraded and it was noisy

Posted 28 Mar 2022 on HotelsExcept for the people on floor above me every night pouncing on the floor and the cockroaches (yes I said it), and the fact that the cold water in sink was turned off because the faucet didn't work and except for the shower with low water pressure because the change over valve from tub to shower was leaking, it was ok...

This location is more of a low budget weekly housing. Stairs only and there are 3 floors.
The place has roaches/bugs.
No cooking equipment, no coffee pot.
Key card not work very well.

Zero anything to like ..You would hate the thousands of cockroaches crawling all over. The price is affordable everything else is nauseating sickning...When i asked to change room..the manager said WE ARE FULLY BOOKED !!WE CANNOT..[ if this to be published please hide and DO NOT MENTION MY NAME]..Important >>>DO NOT MENTION MY NAME.
