Property was under construction during our stay only one working elevator in the whole hotel, our room was never cleaned the entire time and staff didn’t seem really concerned about it and blamed our dog on the reason why it wasn’t cleaned, even though our dog never stayed in the room without us. Then when we asked for some kind of reimbursement, they said they couldn’t reimburse us because we made our reservation through Expedia and not through their hotel directly and couldn’t give us any reimbursement.

It was able to fit our large family and was close to the softballs field where we were playing.
