The mattress in room 328 needs replacing and the ice machine on floor 3 needs repairing

Mason was very helpful showing us the area around Opryland. Showed us best places to park and go!

Hotel was understaffed. Basic room cleaning services were subpar. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful.

Advertising a bar and restaurant… Theresa very small bar area and there is no restaurant! The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The area you eat in is dirty, nobody cleaned the carpet floors where people ate and there were crumbs and food all over the floor. The front desk fuel could have cleaned up after breakfast but chose a to sit on her phone instead.
