I didn't get the room I reserved and I was still charged the price of the room I did not get and no one wanted to help refund me the difference even after calling Expedia cuz service and the hotel

The place was clean and accessible to the places that we want to see.

We could not check in at the desk at the hotel. We had to go back to our car and make reservations online first. Then they charged us $107 for ‘incidentals’ that they said would be credited back. That did not happen as yet. Employees at the checkin desk didn’t seem to know much about how things operated there.
Be aware if you stay here you have to make reservations before you arrive.
I would NOT stay here again.

It was a fine hotel especially close to the airport. The air conditioner made weird tapping noises and there was a toilet flushing sound a lot from above.

The best thing about this location is the proximity to the airport and it’s walkable to some restaurants and gas stations. It’s easy to get ride shares to downtown. The hotel itself is… tired, at best. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came. The bathroom was in need of new tile and fixtures. The tub stopped draining on the last day. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the air conditioner sounded like a diesel engine. Not sure we would stay there again.
