Overcharged for parking and also received an invoice with our name but someone else’s card and charges to our room when we prepaid through Expedia. Check your statements!

So sorry for the confusion and miss charges. As the 3rd party company uses a virtual card to cover your prepaid reservation. The 3rd party company also had you paying the taxes on the room and this has already been collected and please watch for the refund on your account. Also reach out to the hotel with any discrepancy on your bill and thank you for staying with us. Have a Happy Holiday Season.

Father - Daughter trip to Nashville.
The staff were fantastic.
Breakfast was great.
The room was perfect!

This hotel is in need of major renovations. Surprised that this is a Hilton property. The only good thing about it was convenience
